Principles for the Development of Humanitarian Actions

Para quienes soñamos con con una sociedad evolucionada y holística ,  nuestro aporte está guíado por los siguientes principios:

1. ​This writing becomes a consciousness transport unit from the moment it carries consciousness of the divine source.
2. Freedom is unconditional, and it is given by the creator so that we can choose our path.
   
3. Happiness is not conditional on abundance, but abundance pleases all living beings.
   
4. All conscious beings on the planet have the right to express themselves fully in what their souls wish to experience, without submission and without restrictions other than those that they impose on themselves in the path of acquiring consciousness.
5. Happiness is an incomparable state of the fullness of fulfillment, love, vocation, gratitude and freedom in their unity.
6. Libera.Solutions will create and support programs, spaces and projects that seek the happiness of living beings, however, it is each being who must seek their happiness according to their level of consciousness and their worldview of the universe. 
7. Being happy is a right, but it is also a responsibility of every being on the planet.
8. The search for happiness, freedom, abundance and the exercise of choosing (without exogenous interference) is a volitional act of every living being on the planet.
   
9. We are fractals of the Prime Creator, humans have been given everything necessary to create our reality, therefore, Libera.Solutions cannot create the reality of others unless they voluntarily request it and join in the enjoyment of our programs.
10. Intervening in the free will of living beings transgresses a celestial law of the zones of the universe with free will and condemns the intervened beings not to wake up.

12. We don't judge. We can all be wrong.
13. Libera.Solutions resources belong to humanity, for humanitarian purposes.
    
    
14. By humanitarian purposes we understand the following actions:
    • Facilitate conditions for all living beings to wake up and free themselves from slavery.
    • Promote projects for the reconstruction of the planet to advance towards the Golden Age of Humanity,
    • Facilitate conditions for living beings to harmonize their relationships with each other,
    • Promote personal, spiritual growth, and fulfillment according to the vocation and free will of each human being,
    • Restore the environmental and ecological imbalances of the Earth caused by humans of lower frequencies.
    • Facilitate conditions for living beings to seek their happiness and find their mission and purpose.
    • Facilitate conditions so that all living beings can enjoy the abundance of the Universe.
    • Promote communication and commercial exchange within our planet and with other civilizations in the universe.
                                   
15. We consider that all living beings are provided with consciousness and come from the divine source and/or from the creative force.
16. We consider individuals, indivisible, the separation is just an illusion, we all find ourselves united and united to the origin, the source.
17. We voluntarily inhabit transports called bodies, in the space known as Earth.
    
18. Human beings are united consciences, living individual experiences, indivisible consciences of the divine source, by and for the global experience of the creative source, this being a divine expression.
19. Most human beings are currently subjected to the experience of a fictional world, specifically for this case, legal and/or juridical, through private corporate instruments at the service of private agendas that are under the control of apparently disconnected beings. and/or far from the original source, imposing plans of confusion, control, submission and slavery. We work to support their  LIBERAtion.
    
20. Those of us who are responsible for the services of Libera Solutions understand that all human beings are free, that they can never be considered a value, nor be incorporated into a corporate instrument called a person, also sometimes known as a vessel; every Human has  the right to create their own juridical system in any space of the existence of the divine order.
21. That the consciousness transport units of human beings, and their consciousness, cannot be altered, used or captured by what is known as "privateering".
    
22. We are aware that we come from a fictional world of covert slavery, in which consciousness transport units from the divine source were considered as corporate legal instruments, calling them persons, or collectively, artificial persons, an act without consent. and/or the agreement of such individuals.Our goal is to facilitate conditions so that each individual can free  by  themselves.
23. We are aware that private corporate instruments, specifically: "States, Entities or similar", are not currently at the service of human individuals, but rather hide or may hide control and subjugation plans, where human beings are incorporated into "people legal entities", calling themselves "natural persons", without the consent or agreement of the consciences derived from the divine source. Libera does not condition its work to any plan of control and submission, we only promote cooperation agreements between free and sovereign human beings in order  to build a better planet.
    
24. Libera.Solutions will promote the use of quality infrastructure to support voluntary agreements between human beings through strictly technical specifications that seek to build the greatest well-being for living beings and planet earth..
    
25. We are aware that the authority of a State can only be agreed, approved and exercised by the living entities that constitute it, according to the theory of the sovereignty of the people.
    
26. We are aware that at the present moment (year 2023 of 3D linear time), there seems to be no nation or constitution created by living men and women, but by person-entities artificially created by States, corporate entities or non-living things, and that therefore, non-living entities lacks of  sovereignty, which can only be exercised by conscious living beings, in this case, specifically, conscious human beings of divine origin and reality.
27. We believe that individuals are created by the natural order or creative source and, likewise, have been born in a natural space from the divine order.
    
28. Libera does not condition any support for human beings to the carrying of documents issued by person-entities artificially created by States, corporate entities, lifeless things, or legal fictions. Libera does not make any distinction between nationalities, races or origins.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
    IN ALL ACTION, PROJECT OR FINANCING OF LIBERA SOLUTIONS, WE  RECOGNIZE THAT:                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
29. Every individual has, according to their will of conscience, the right to independence, that is, to be, to freely manifest who he or she is, to the recognition of their divinity and origin, as well as to their free and natural expression as an entity coming from the creative source.
    
30. Every individual has, according to his conscious will, the right to the acquired abode, which is the place where he dwells, that is, the body.
31. Every individual has, according to his conscious will, the right to the place where the body dwells, in any habitable place created by the creative source and/or its instruments.
32. Every individual has, according to their will of conscience, the right to choose their home, in respect for the natural order and the space used by other peoples, provided that the space is occupied legitimately.
33. Every individual has the right to express their will of conscience, in all kinds of manifestations and obligations, especially those contracted by informed and consented agreement or contract, in addition, they have the right to waive said obligations, with the pertinent compensation.
    
34. This right includes free thought, belief and religion, as well as one's own opinion, and excludes any expression that implies the possession of another's property, the social manipulation of living individuals with a conscience, and the violation of the legitimate rights of all individuals.
    
35. Every individual, according to his conscious will, has the right to a free education, as well as to decide the form of education of his offspring.
36. ​Every individual, according to his conscious will, has the right to meet and associate.
37. Every individual, according to his conscious will, has the right to the use and protection of the common; that is, to what cannot be considered the property of anyone, since it has been created by the natural order and/or the creative source, except if the property and/or usability obtained legitimately or with a legitimate exchange of value or with legitimate evidence of the creator of the work.
38. Every individual, according to their conscious will, has the right to move in space, between different spaces, communities and/or what is known as territories, respecting the natural limitations and/or given by the legitimate use and custom that exists in them, without limitation imposed arbitrarily, and without limitation against the principle of equity between individuals.
39. Every individual, according to their conscious will, has the right to free communication and the free use of all sounds and phonemes, as well as their natural graphic expressions and grammatical expression, acquired by custom and/or free agreement with other individuals. , and in general, to any understandable form of expression.
40. Every individual has, according to his conscience, the right to know the whole truth in any field of communication.
41. Every individual has, according to their conscious will, the right to life, health and abandonment of the corporeal vehicle, this abandonment being also known as biological death.
42. Every individual has, according to his conscious will, the right to property, as long as it is his own creation. Only the creator can dispose of his property, as well as exchange it and/or assign its use.
43. Every individual, according to their conscious will, has the right to exchange value, also known as commerce, both in its private form, and in the form represented through a chosen public entity. Truth is supreme in commerce and in disputes arising from the domains and usability of things.
44. The affidavit is the instrument by which the truth is established and respected. The sworn and proven false statement causes discredit and dishonor.
45. No conscious entity, in this case called human, is subject to penalties, torture, vexatious treatment, nor is it sacrificed and/or degraded to the state of servitude or slavery, even if that will is manifested in full consciousness or in the absence of it.
46. Every human being has the right to live in freedom and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual integrity, in the absence of mental programming, this being presumably induced by other groups and/or individuals, who intend to fulfill objectives of control and/or submission
47. Libera collaborators will accept this code within Libera activities and will remind all participants when for different reasons, for example practices of other times, the code is forgotten or omitted.
48. Any Libera collaborator can request changes or inclusion of new articles to this code, their acceptance will be submitted for review by Libera's Board of Directors.
