What is NOT a Libera CIC?

  • It is not a shopping center that accepts any type of business

  • It is not a center that allows any type of product, any type of cinema, any type of food in its facilities.

  • It is not a place that profits from rentals

  • It is not a site that discriminates but it is not a public site either. It is accessed through a symbolic membership.

  • It is not a site with  visual pollution and advertising

  • It is not a site that presents concerts or cultural acts that invite violence or discrimination

The rental payment is very low, almost free, but the standards of the services that we seek to have installed in the CICs must be meet. Compliance with standards and quality of services will be audited by independent third party bodies.
